How do I choose YouTube caption tracks?
Open the subtitle panel, then Panel settings → Lines → Soft sub tracks. That multi-select lists the video’s caption tracks. Check the tracks you want; each checked track becomes its own Soft sub line.
Prerequisites
You are on a YouTube watch page with at least one caption track. Soft sub tracks appears under Panel settings → Lines.
Steps
Open Lines
- Open the subtitle panel under the video.
- Open Panel settings → Lines.
Pick tracks
- Open Soft sub tracks.
- Check one or more tracks. The menu stays open so you can toggle several.
- Choose None to clear Soft sub lines.
