Yes. Soft sub lines from YouTube captions appear in the subtitle panel without a zone. Hover a word on that Soft sub line for the dictionary popup when the caption language maps to a learning pack.
Prerequisites
YouTube Soft sub lines are showing. At least one dictionary is installed for that caption language.
Steps
Show Soft sub lines
- Open a YouTube watch page with captions.
- Confirm Soft sub tracks under Panel settings → Lines if nothing appears.
Hover the Soft sub line
- Hover a word on the Soft sub line in the subtitle panel.
- The same dictionary popup as Interact hardsubs opens when the language is supported.
