Why is my zone border red?
A red zone border marks a Translate (or recognition) error state — for example Translation failed. Click the zone to clear, fix the underlying issue, then continue.

A zone is on the video.
Steps
Clear the error
- Click the zone when the toast says Translation failed — click the zone to clear.
- Check toast text for quota, offline, sign-in, or BYOK problems.
