For Japanese, Korean, English, and Spanish, lookup can try language candidates after exact expression and reading. That is how a conjugated surface form can still hit the dictionary entry.

- Exact expression first, then exact reading, then candidates for that language.
- One best row per dictionary. Prefer expression over reading over candidates.
