Is my DeepL or Google API key safe with YuzuLingo?
We encrypt saved keys at rest and only decrypt them to translate for you. After save you cannot view the full key again in our UI. Clear the key here and revoke it at the provider if you want it gone everywhere.

- Encrypted storage on the account; decrypt only on the translate path.
- API responses expose has-key / masked last-four, never the secret.
Your controls
- Clear key on Settings → Translation.
- Rotate or delete the key in the DeepL or Google console.
