How does the dictionary popup work?
The popup shows reading and meanings from dictionaries on this device for the word under the pointer. The card stays until you click away or press Escape. By default Pause on hover pauses the video while it is open. Export sends a card when Anki is configured.
Prerequisites
Interact text is visible and a dictionary is installed.
Steps
Open from a word
- Hover a word on the Interact line or transcript.
- Reading, tags, and glosses come from your active dictionaries in popup order.
Dismiss and Pause on hover
- Click outside the card or press Escape to close. Moving the pointer away does not close it.
- With Pause on hover on, the video pauses if it was playing and stays paused until you dismiss. Playback resumes only if YuzuLingo paused for that card.
