How do I set up AnkiConnect with YuzuLingo?

Prerequisites

Anki Desktop on this computer, the YuzuLingo browser extension, and a signed-in yuzulingo.com account.

Steps

   Prepare Anki

   • Install AnkiConnect from Anki’s add-on browser and restart Anki.
   • Leave Anki open. The default endpoint is http://127.0.0.1:8765.

   Connect in YuzuLingo

   • Open Settings → Export while signed in, with the extension enabled.
   • Enable your Anki destination and wait until the status shows AnkiConnect ready.
   • If you see Anki is closed or AnkiConnect is not reachable, open Anki and reload the page.

   Choose deck and note type

   • Pick the deck and note type for exports, or use Create starter deck.
   • Map roles to field names when your note type uses different labels.
