How do I report a bug or ask for a feature?

Prerequisites

You can open the YuzuLingo website. An account is required only when you post.

Steps

   Open the forum

   • In the extension popup, under Help, choose Open Forum.
   • On the website, choose Forum.

   Sign up if you are posting

   • Choose Sign up and enter your first name, last name, email, and password.
   • That first and last name is the name people see on your post.

   Pick the category

   • Bug is for what broke and what you expected.
   • Feature requests is for something the product should do.
   • Announcements is news from the team. Only staff can start a topic there.
