How do I export a word to Anki?

Prerequisites

Interact is on, at least one dictionary is installed, you are signed in on yuzulingo.com with the extension linked, Anki Desktop is open with AnkiConnect, and Settings → Export has an Anki destination with a deck and note type.

Steps

   Look up the word

   • Turn on Interact so the burned-in line is text.
   • Hover a word on the line or in the transcript to open the dictionary popup.

   Start Export

   • Press Export on the popup.
   • If you see Set up Anki or Set up export, open Settings → Export and finish the connection first.
   • Choose Anki when Export to appears, then press Export.

   Finish Export card

   • Confirm Destination, Deck, and Note type.
   • Edit Word, Reading, Sentence, and Definition if needed.
   • Check Audio and Image, then press Add.
