How do I change the reading system?
Open the subtitle panel Settings → Readings and use the dropdown for each language. Each OCR language keeps its own choice.
Prerequisites
Interact is on and a language that supports readings is checked.
Steps
Open the picker
- Click the Settings chip on the subtitle panel and open the Readings tab.
- Find the dropdown for each language—for example Japanese or Chinese.
Pick a system
- Choose among the systems offered for that language—for example Hiragana furigana or Romaji (Hepburn) for Japanese, or Pinyin (tone numbers) for Chinese.
- The choice is saved on the zone for that language.
