Do readings stay when I hide text / use Hover / Hold?
Readings are part of the recognized text. If Show text is Always, readings stay visible when readings are on. In Hover or Hold modes, readings appear only while the recognized text itself is shown.
Steps
Match Show text
- Open the subtitle panel Settings → Appearance and set Show text to Always, Hover, or Hold.
- Keep the readings toggle on in the Readings tab. Ruby appears whenever the Interact text is visible.
