Do I need to download a Japanese reading pack?
Usually no extra step. YuzuLingo tries a hosted kuromoji reading pack when the catalog offers one, and falls back to a dictionary bundled in the extension so Japanese readings still work.
Steps
Just enable Furigana
- Turn on Interact, check Japanese, and turn on Furigana.
- If a pack download runs, it happens in the background. You do not upload a zip yourself for readings.
