Can I use my own Yomitan dictionary zip?
Yes, when the zip is Yomitan format 3 with index.json. Import glossary, pitch, or frequency zips from Settings → Dictionary. Custom zips do not get a catalog language pair unless you add them from the hosted list.
Steps
Import the zip
- Open Settings → Dictionary and choose Add dictionary.
- Pick a format-3 zip. Kind is detected from the file. Wait for the progress bar.
