Can I add a pitch or frequency dictionary?
Yes. Use the same Settings → Dictionary Add flow as for glossaries. Import a Yomitan format-3 zip, or Add a hosted row when Kind is Pitch or Frequency. The Kind column shows what was detected or stamped.
Prerequisites
The extension is installed and Settings → Dictionary can talk to it while you are signed in.
Steps
Import or Add
- Open Settings → Dictionary.
- Press Add dictionary to import your own zip, or Add on a catalog row whose Kind is Pitch or Frequency.
- Wait through Reading the file… and import. Large pitch zips can take longer before progress moves.
Leave it on
- Confirm Kind is Pitch or Frequency.
- Keep the row on. Hover a word that also hits a glossary dictionary.
