Do you accept refunds?
Prefer canceling during the free trial so you are not charged. If a charge looks wrong after checkout, contact support with the receipt from Settings → Billing. We do not invent a broader refund policy here beyond what our Terms say.

Steps
Avoid a charge
- Cancel Pro from Settings → Billing before the trial ends.
After a charge
- Open Receipts & invoices on Settings → Billing and keep the Stripe receipt link.
- Contact support with the date and amount. Follow any Terms of Service refund language.
